What we do
The Strathalbyn Tourism Association is a non-profit volunteer organisation devoted to promoting the town as a key tourism destination.
Membership of the association is open to anyone interested in promoting Strathalbyn for tourism, community, and business purposes. Current members come from a mix of local business operators and interested individuals from the community.
The Strathalbyn Tourism Association organises the following:
- Antiques and Collectables Fair and Treasure Market on the third weekend in August
- Gilberts Motor Museum
- High Street Market on the third Sunday of each Month.
- The Strathalbyn Tourism brochure promoting the towns destinations and businesses.
Monies raised by the STA are invested back into Strathalbyn by providing funding for projects by other non-profit groups.
Funding was also provided by the STA to assist in the development of the Ken Blake monument located on High St.
